RUBBER FLEX FOSTER 30-36

Rubberflex Seal 30-36 water based protective coating for thermal insulation application and has excellent adhesion to major insulation materials and canvas. It is a white tough washable abrasion resistant coating for application. Rubberflex Seal 30-36 is flexible, fire resistive compound suitable for vapor sealing insulated ducts and pipes. It is also used as a lagging and lap adhesive for canvas and glass lagging cloth.

FEATURES

THERMAL EFFICIENCY

Minimizes heat transfer and improves energy efficiency.

CONDENSATION CONTROL

Closed-cell structure prevents moisture ingress and sweating.

FLEXIBLE & EASY TO INSTALL

Lightweight and flexible for quick, clean installation.

LONG-TERM DURABILITY

Resistant to aging, UV, and ozone for long service life.

Protect any environment with our best-selling rubber insulation solution. With its presence on various applications, Rubber Flex is a passive solution to energy efficiency.

No need to actively maintain its performance, with its honeycomb mesh and scrim, its a selfsustaining material designed for thermal and acoustic purposes.

It’s resistance to moisture vapor, mold and mildew growth ensures that its applications have a long lifespan, less downtime and continuing efficiency.

Available with or without self-adhesive application and scrim.

SUSTAINABLE

Helps systems utilize less energy, leading to less greenhouse gas emissions. CFC and HCFC free, which means they have 0 ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential).

PHYSICAL PROTECTION

Minimizes heat loss for heating systems and prevents condensation for cooling systems, and induces noise cancellation.

EASY INSTALLATION

No additional steps are required to cut, bend, apply and seal for various purposes, saving time and cost.

HOT AND COLD WATER PLUMBING

Pipework requires insulation to maintain required temperatures. It traps heat for heating systems and slows freezing of pipes for cooling systems.

HVAC DUCTS

As many buildings are airtight and rely on filtered air, the ductwork needs to be insulated to ensure it continues to remove pollutants.

REFRIGERATION LINES

Adding insulation prevents water vapor contact with pipes, therefore avoiding condensation. It’s primarily used in residential & commercial properties, construction, oil & gas, and automative industries.

HVAC DUCT LINER

As noise travels across ducts, its important to insulate them to ensure that noise and vibration transmission is reduced drastically. It also isolates both elements for quality control
